The property is situated just steps from the boutique shops and gourmet restaurants of Thames Street, within walking distance to Bowens Wharf, historic Newport mansion and Cliff Walk, and a short drive to Ocean drive and beaches. Harborside Inn has 15 guest rooms, and offers a complimentary continental breakfast each morning, and afternoon tea with freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. Guests can visit the Harbour Room on weekends for free wine and cheese before setting out to explore the sites and sounds of Newport.
